The Process
If you are not local to Camden, TN, it’s no problem, we work with customers nationwide everyday!
To begin a design, we will need your items in hand, so please safely package the items and ship them to us reliably through UPS or FedEx.
Once received, one of our talented designers will create a layout based on symmetry, item grouping and chronological order to tell the story of your career. If you have a specific layout in mind, please send a photo and we will do our best to mimic it.
This is where YOU come in! We’ll send you our layout and communicate via phone and email to make any changes and ensure it is exactly how you want it. You will also receive frame options, name plaque options and mat color options.
Since price is mostly based on size, we will email the estimate once the layout is approved.
As you can see in the illustration, the average price of a 25” x 25” Standard Frame is $650 and a 25” x 25” Shadowbox Frame is $750.
This is average pricing and if you are working with a smaller budget, we have many ways to reduce the pricing to meet just about any budget.
Once the layout and estimate are approved, that’s when the magic begins! Within 6-8 weeks (or sooner if discussed) your choices will come together in a museum-worthy time capsule!
Tips
- Pack your items so that they do not scratch each other during transit. We strongly recommend using UPS or FedEx as your shipping choice instead of USPS.
- Incorporating photos or ID cards is a great way to further personalize your project. Include these in your package or email photos to

Due Dates
To increase the likelihood of having your project completed by when you need it, please plan to have your order placed five weeks in advance of your due date.
